Samuel STUDNIA - Marathon NY

A GENEROUS & WONDERFULL INITIATIVE

One of my friends, Samuel STUDNIA, chose to run the marathon of NY and to promote "Heart for peace " a french charity created by Muriel Haïm.

I have also decided to help and I encourage all my US friends and relatives to go to his fundraiser.

LE HORLA

THANK YOU TO ALL WHO CAME TO THIS CHARITABLE EVENT AT SAINT AUBIN

It was a success ! Our lovely « salle de la Commanderie » was full.

A pity for those who hesitated or were not free.

The audience left the theatre enchanted by FLORENT AUMAITRE’s performance in « LE HORLA ».

He drew us into this character, who is on the edge of madness and fantasy.

As well as a sure motivation for supporting and helping A HEART FOR PEACE, the discovery of such a talented actor in the service of the text helped your natural generosity. The donation box left at the exit testified to this.

This was the icing on the cake which, added to previous donations and to the entire proceeds, and after making the necessary deduction for the costs of printing, amounted to a total of more than THREE THOUSAND FIVE HUNDRED Euros !

This sum will obviously be entirely allocated to the care of the children via our organisation.

Thank you again for contributing to this action.

You will have participated in saving a child and thereby in taking another step on the path to peace !

Warm regards,

Alain AUMAITRE

Concert - June 3rd, 2016 - 8:30PM

On June 3rd, 2016, in the heart of the church at Châlus, the flute ensemble, conducted by Odile Gérard, played a solo piece after the young flautists had played.

During the second part, the Telemann Quartet:  Matthieur Parneix (violin and recorder), Nicolas Momper (traverso), Catherine Ducher (cello), Odile Tapie (harpsichord), together with Geneviève Bouillet (soprano) delighted the audience.

The voluntary contributions made it possible for enough money to be collected to allow the Organization A HEART FOR PEACE to continue operating on children.

All our thanks go to the The Lions Club Val de Tardoire and its President, Mrs Derom, to the musicians for their benevolence and to the donators for their generosity.

TEL AVIV MARATHON

Members of the sports team belonging to the Pitié Salpêtrière hospital, who had come to run the Tel Aviv marathon and to promote the values of "Living together", were in Hadassah on February 28th for a hospital visit and to discover the daily work of the medical teams supported by the organization A HEART FOR PEACE.

They met the hospital's director, Professor Yoram Weiss, and were then received by Professor Rein.

This visit was followed by exchanges with doctors. Among them was Doctor Abu Zahira, who requires no further introduction.

Bravo to this medical and sports team. An ambitious agenda for a first visit to Israel!

This trip made it possible to realize once again that both daily life and Living together in Israel is in reality very different from what they expected...

December 2015

Dear Friends,

This year, you were once again there to help me and to support "A HEART FOR PEACE" during the Christmas Market at Gif sur Yvette!

It was a success since we "beat" last year's figure (around 980 Euros) and this year it was around 1200 Euros!!

I owe this result to you thanks to your artistic talent, your availability, your big Heart and your Friendship.

I also, obviously, thank all those who, via their purchases and their Donations, helped to achieve this wonderful result, for all of you are the generous Actors who will help to save a Child's life.

Since I am an "agitator" of your HEART and I know it to be tireless, I will exploit it yet again by inviting you to come to the superb musical soirée

on Tuesday, January 26th, 2016 at the MASSY Opera House, obviously always for the good cause:

SAVING CHILDREN and BRINGING PEOPLES TOGETHER!

I embrace you all, with Fraternal affection,

Many things happened in January with a booth given by the French Society of Cardiology during the Congress of European Days, which was held at Porte Maillot in the Palais des Congrès, Paris.

The booth made it possible for many encounters to take place and many Moroccan doctors, who are interested in our approach to treatment and the transfer of knowledge, listened attentively.

10 years

A HEART FOR PEACE celebrated its 10th anniversary on Tuesday, November 3rd, 2015.

A huge THANK YOU to the 300 people who came to the Gala dinner, to the donators who have made it possible to operate on more children, to the Carat company, a leader in
communication and a long-standing partner of A HEART FOR PEACE, for making a film which explains what A HEART FOR PEACE does, to Chaunu for his drawings and to Marie Landais - photographer - who gave each guest a souvenir photo of this soirée.

Mr Jacques Attali honoured us with his presence and Mrs Anne Hidalgo, Mayor of
Paris, made it possible for us to organize this event in the reception rooms of the Town Hall.

Without you, nothing would be possible. Thank you for your generosity and your presence.

ECOLE INTERNATIONALE BILINGUE

As part of an effort to make the pupils aware of the values of tolerance and solidarity, A HEART FOR PEACE was invited to two classes (one 2nd-year and one 3rd-year)
in the "Collège EIB Monceau", French Middle School in the 17th arrondissement in Paris.

The pupils were very attentive, asked very interesting questions and several of
them wanted to know how they could help the organization.

The teachers will follow the work of the organization with their pupils.

We thank the school for allowing A HEART FOR PEACE to present itself.

LYCÉE HONORE D'URFÉ - Saint-Etienne

Within the framework of the Peace of my Heart, pro-liberty and ante-racism festival, A HEART FOR PEACE was invited to discuss initiatives carried out in the field.

Two of the first year classes took it in turns to participate.

After the screening of a film explaining what is done with the children, the debate began.

The pupils had absolutely no idea that such initiatives existed and expressed disappointment in the lack of information given by the media.

One of the classes prepared some lovely posters as a token of their support. You will soon see them on our website.
